I just have a one question, possibly a minor one: I've noticed that there is a class that allows you to be undead. Since that is against the rules on Talus, will that class be alter/removed? I expect so.

I will hold onto the building excitement within my very being and just put it this way.
YES. Bring PRC onto Talus. It will add so many new dimensions to the game and make it a lot of fun again.
Naturally, there would be work involved on everyone's end, and if the powers that be do not wish to deal with it, I will not have any hard feelings over it. I also would be in favor of making it so that some of the things included in PRC were not allowed on the server, example given the Lich Prestige class.
But other then that, please, please, please, please.... let them eat PR.... I mean, let us use PRC on Talus.

Just noticing that the question got brought up and addressed.... but now it has gotten a little quiet. I am curious if those with the final say on the matter here could let us know what they plan to do and perhaps when? Would be apprecaited.

I imagine, and just imagining now, it might be or probably will be easier to (if Talus were too that is) implement the PRC with the 1.69 patch at the same "period" of time in terms of effort. (Get it all done in a weekend or two so to speak...) But then again, not everything from the PRC can or should be imported and that alone will take a lot of effort in trial and error stages...what to keep, what to toss or what to mod. And yet again, 1.69 will be a very large and intensive addition and sure to require some attention for conflicts and or bugs after implementation. (Needless to say with a release date like a carrot on a stick in front of a horse *Keeps marching on for the carrot*

Uhmmm Well, I went to look up the stuff needed to add PRC... and... they apparently lack the staff to make a 1.69 version... www.nwn2prc.com/So, guess that's out for now.

Hi ! If PRC becomes available for 1.69 I fully support its addition to talus. Until then 1.69 is here... *wanders off to the toolset* ~Wax

I would vote YES for such a change as long as it did not create lag. I have played on servers in the past with lag that would make a grown man cry in his beer. Frustrating does not even begin to describe what it feels like to go through an entire fight at the skin of your teeth, then have everything rewind on you so your standing where you were 5 minutes ago. Or to jump into a fight just to see everyone just stand around and stare at you while you beat the bajezzers out of them, then watch them all fall dead 90 seconds later. (Ok, that last one was kind of entertaining the first 30 or 40 times....but still!) If they ever get back to the PRC creation for 1.69, I would say lets give it a go.

Looks like they are now partially 1.69 ready. I will likely wait for the module updater to be done. www.nwn2prc.com/

This will certainly add a lot more diversity to the game as far as builds go. Tho I want to point out that you need to go through it and deem what you find unbalanced or just plain broken. This adds a ton of new content but it really needs to be gone through and discussed among the builders to see what would be fine and what would be unfair. One example is the lich (yea its the common one) yea I know this is kind of a no brainer since module rules state no undead characters allowed. But other things like some of the subraces (the rakshasa comes to mind) are almost too good.
Ive played through a great deal of this addon and its got a ton of potential with it; I personally like the jump skill. Not to mention that all you dual wielders out there will really like the additions of supreme two weapon and perfect two weapon fighting. Its definately something to pursue just be aware that there are things in it that are too good.
Just my two cents, for what its worth.

I am all for adding content to breath extra life into Talus. There just isnt anything out there similar to nwn IMO.
