I can't get my tool set to load any modules, pre-existing or newly created. I get this error just as it's about to load the area into the viewer:
then when I click "OK" to get rid of the error message it just comes right back, I have to go into task manager to end the program.
Please, if anyone has any ideas, suggestions, answers

Yikes! That's one I haven't seen before. Sounds like your NWN didn't get installed properly. Do you have webroot spysweeper? If so, you might want to disable it's background scanning. Check this link out here for more information. nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=404901&forum=49Hope that helps!

If yes, then go into the NWN folder and try getting into the toolset from the Toolset icon in there, instead of NWN main. Do you get the same thing? Also, are you running Vista?

And you can get about in the game with no problems at all? I'm ruminating here, because it does not make sense to me that the video driver would work without errors in the game but not in the toolset. Instead of going through the hassle of reloading all of NWN and CEP again, you might try this: Make a folder, called NWN Test or something, and then load a copy of NWN there. Before updating or doing anything with CEP, try bringing up the toolset with your basic copy of NWN. If you get the same error then it's video card/driver related. If it comes up clean, then update NWN and open the toolset again after that and see if you get the error. Let us know what happens.
