From time to time it seems that people's network connections decide to switch packet types from udp to extended ip packets. This will cause your speech to not be received by the server. Typically, rebooting your own machine will fix this issue. I'm told that this does not always work, and now I'm thinking that it may be that those people have a machine using internet connection sharing, and the gateway machine must be rebooted. This seems to be a growing issue for some reason, possibly because of 1.64. Nonetheless, a reboot by the client has solved it in all cases I've encountered.

I think there was one time that I had to reload the server to fix it for that person... *shrugs*
