Amarok's arrival to this part Talus went almost unnoticed for a fair bit of time. He eventually met up with some of the locals who helped him a alot.
He had come to this part of Talus in search of the relics of the forest. These were stolen from his father after the brutal murder of his mentor, mother and father. His life was saved by his mentor when agents of Veratess failed to believe that anyone could survive the fall into the river below from the cliff where his mentor had pushed him off.
He hurried to his his home fearing the worst. Which is exactly what he found. His mother and father lay in pools of their own blood and the relics gone.
Amarok knew that in order for his woodland kin to survive he must recover the relics.
He travelled for many weeks upon the open ocean in a small craft when a storm blew upon him. After the loss of most of his possessions and his near death once again due to lack of food and water he arrived in Lomatin.
Amarok took what little he had and re equipped himself with gear and took a good meal. His strength and skills had been greatly diminished by his travels and near starvation. He thus set of in search of training.
After several seasons of training he finally started making some friends in the land that was new to him. He met one who would be come a close friend and travelling companion until his untimely death. Bix. (rest in peace my friend) He also met Osa, Aelos, Deis, Unthell and many others. Osa and Bix helped him out in many ways.
Osa had shown him great generousity by providing him with some decent armour and weapons that he could use at his level of training.
He trained very hard completing season after season in record time for soon he knew that he must search out those who were now in possession of the three relics of his people.
The "Life of the Forest", "Shadow of the Forest" and "Peace of the Forest" must be recovered.
Many of his friends helped him out to recover these from Veratess and after his long journey he decided to remain in Peridotia and call it his home.
Amarok can be found in the company of many different people including many of the FreeBlades.
Of those who consider Amarok a friend they know he will be there if they need a hand.
He has given his vendor strict instructions to provide new comers a welcome gift upon the completion of their 10th season of training as a way to repay the kindness shown to him upon his arrival from his friends.
