Well, something I've been wanting to do for a while now and that's modify Battle Isle so that you don't need an army to go with you anymore.
In this I propose to; -make the inner creatures weaker, remove some of their immunities. -tone down the treasure, (since it will be easier), -remove some encounters -Add in 2-3 quests on the isle. -Introduce again Liveda's main henchmen as boss fights (Veretess, Piranaxes & maybe even Liveda himself). -And just maybe, finally introduce the Animus Anhelo...
All this provided of course BW doesn't have something else in the works for this region.
Any other suggestions or ideas for Battle Isle?

Thanks for coming back LT. I know some of who still basically hang out in your areas. The lost, dark rise, akrona and BI. Personally I dont want to see fewer encounters, I like more! reducing treasure on BI? what treasure is that?! lol How bout moving some of the spawn points around vs removing them? I would LOVE to see the sand trolls have a cave complex or lair on the isle.. Cant get rid of the cave with the mutated dragon because thats the only non DM way into Liveda's keep now days since his key isnt dropping anymore. Yes the boss generals would be a welcome return.. Personally the only npc i dont like are the "E" cleric/monks of his. My chars can pretty much have their way with all the others. I even have a couple of chars that can solo the mutated dragon. Oh maybe add or mix in some giant fire sand bullets with the desert dog spawns.. something like dune, burrows under the sand then comes up to attack..

Update: Well, I must say that coming back to the toolset has really showed me just how much I miss building. Anyhow, in my really slow pace, I am making some good progress in finishing off the Desert areas of BI.
I really liked Slider's suggestion of the sand trolls and a "complex", so ran with it and now we have a new faction on BI! (In game terms anyways). The sand trolls have been dominated! By whom, or what, you will just have to wait to find out.
The biggest change is that I've expanded the desert regions from 9x12 to 16x16 and in doing so have given these desert regions a whole new look and feel. Should be fun.
Anyhow, just wanted to let you all know that I am doing "somethings" and like the rest of your Talus team, hard at work in a labour of love to bring some new fun and joy to a game and a community we all love so much.
Should have the BI update to Badwater within a week.

Wow, that's a loOonnnng week! Okay, yes, I'm still working on this, but only because I wouldn't have been happy in sending in something that I could finish in such a short time and... not worth your playing time Almost done, almost...
